SHIPPING POLICY

Most of Elizabeth James Interiors orders are handmade to order and aim to be shipped within 1 week of ordering. Sometimes I do have items in stock and these items will be shipped within 2 working days of purchase. Please see below a list of shipping per region:

UK - free delivery using Royal Main 2nd Class 2-4 days

UK - express delivery using Royal Mail Express 1-2 days

Europe - Royal Mail international tracked and signed 3-9 days

International - Royal Mail international standard 3-9 days

Please note that buyers are responsible for any customs and import taxes that may apply. I'm not responsible for delays due to customs. There may also be delays in shipping due to COVID-19.

RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY

Elizabeth James Interiors produces all orders after each order has been made, so I cannot accept cancellations. 

 

Each item is made by hand and carefully produced so that I have no waste. However, if an item has been damaged or defective I will accept the items for an exchange of the same style item. Any items that have been damaged or defective must be returned within 7 days of receiving the item. Sale items may not be exchanged. Shipping is non-refundable. If the item is not returned in its original condition, the buyer is responsible for any loss in value. If there is a problem with sizing, please email me, as I am always willing to discuss the issues and work with you.
