Venasque Linen Border Stitch
Handmade cushion cover made from 100% Oeko-Tex certified Venasque linen in the perfect neutral shade with hand embroidered stitching.
Flax is a strong plant grown in northern Europe which needs little or no fertilisers and due to the local climate, little extra water. It also doesn’t really require many pesticides as it can grow in poor quality soil. Linen is therefore almost naturally organic. It is completely biodegradable, recyclable and due to its natural absorbency, it requires less dye than cotton. Linen therefore scores high on the ecological chart.
The cover has a concealed zip at the bottom.

Linen is naturally stain resistant, does not pile, and is moth repellent. It is also has much better abrasion resistance than cotton.

SIZE
The cover shown is filled with a 50 x 50cm cushion pad. Please note that the cushion covers are made slightly smaller than the cushion pad size to give it a beautiful full look.
FABRIC CARE
I recommend that this cover is hand washed only.
