an installation support team and expert fitters then make
sure the process from start to finish is fast, efficient and
simple. Elizabeth James Interiors makes sure you, the customer
are involved throughout the whole process from design through
to completion.
Elizabeth James Interiors kitchens have
achieved BS 6222 and BS 6250 and our fitters are corgi registered
and electrically approved to part P of building regulations
so to ensure the high standards and expertiese that you would
expect in your own home.
Planning is the first step towards creating
your dream kitchen. This is THE most important part of the
whole process as this is the time in which you will choose
all the personal characteristics to make the kitchen unique
to yourself or your family. Whether it is choosing from our
large range of worktops, door finishes and storage solutions,
or simply selecting the appliances and accessories such as
ovens, hobs, fridges, dishwashers and microwaves, our staff
will help to choose the best components by carefully listening
to your ideas. Should you be having an extension built or
any alterations our designers can work of approved plans and
liase with any builders or other contractors for location
of electrical and plumbing supplies into the room.
We offer a wide range of kitchens from
traditional to contemporary and everything in between including
fully bespoke, ensuring a style for everyone whatever your
ideas.
We deal directly with a large range of
top quality suppliers, ensuring our customers the best choice
avaliable whilst designing their ideal kitchen. Our major
appliance supplier CDA, have a 5 year parts guarantee as standard
through out the range.
Once all your ideas are put together the
kitchen plan is drawn out. This is computer aided with 3D
photo likeness images to help you visualise your kitchen.
This also aids accuracy and speed, meaning that ideas can
be easily changed.
Once you decide to have Elizabeth James
Interiors for your dream kitchen we aim to make the installation
as quick and as smooth as possible for your convenience.
The next steps are to give you 3 dates,
the first is to be visited by a technical surveyor who will
fine tune the design and draw up a list of works including
plumbing and electrics. Once the plans are finalised and not
before the factory will then proceed to start bringing together
the components that you have chosen. Our kitchens are made
to order, not an off the shelf product. The second will be
a date for the delivery of your kitchen and finally a date
for the installation to commence. Elizabeth James Interiors
try to keep the delivery and installation dates as close together
as possible, so that our customers do not have the burden
of having to store their kitchen and appliances for weeks
on end. Our customers feel they benefit from this personalised
co-ordinated service, which ensures they are central to the
whole process, rather than feeling isolated and not involved.
Elizabeth James Interiors do provide a
supply only service, this still includes everything up to
the visit from a technical surveyor and delivery, how ever
most of our customers prefer to use our installation service
for added piece of mind and expertiese. Our team of fitters
will then come and take out your old kitchen and fully install
your new one, they will also dispose of all the waste and
packaging from the installation. Should you decide to have
granite fitted we do not need to take templates and then return
between 5-10 working days later, like most kitchen companies
have to, once the granite is ready we can fit the granite
during the initial installation, this allows us to plumb the
sink and hob in and also does not hold up any decorating such
as tiling, and of course this leaves you with a fully functional
kitchen straight away.
At our disposal, we also have a host of
other ancillary services for building work and alterations,
the whole process is project managed to eliminate the stress
and make the transition from conception to completion as simple
and as straight forward as possible.

care for added peace of mind with our after sales service.
